Our House is For Sale.

It's Official our house in on the market. Charlotte is just over a week old. Wow, this seems all to have happened so quickly. It is exciting but also a little nerve racking. We have loved this house and have so many memories here. We bought it from friends of ours Katie and Josh Garner when they moved back to Utah. We were not looking to buy a house at the time but they approached us and after praying about it felt it was the right thing to do. We are so grateful we bought it because the following summer house prices went up tremendously. We were blessed to buy this house before the market exploded. Katie and Josh purchased the house in 2002. We bought it in 2004 and closed just before valentines day in February of 2004. We were not ready to move from being apartment managers at that time so we rented it out for a year. We officially moved into the house in 2005. We have done a lot of work to the house. It's been the only home our kids really remember. The backyard is such a fun private area and we have had lots of fun times playing in it during all seasons. We had two of our four children in this house. Oh, the experiences we've had, they are dear to my heart.
